Beach
Located
along Alii Drive between Kailua-Kona town and Keauhou,
this white sand beach is a favorite snorkeling spot but
can get crowded.

Sands Beach

Located
along Alii Drive close to Dolphin Den, this beach is also
fondly known to locals as "disappearing sands"
when high surf covers the sandy beach. This happens only
rarely, and this beach serves as a major Kona attraction.
