for booking instructions. In fairness to all, we do not "hold"
dates without payment, and operate on a "first-deposit-in"
basis. |

| PAYMENT
METHODS: |

We prefer
payment by check or money order. For International guests, we
accept wire transfers. 50% deposit is required to book a reservation.
Balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Visa and
Mastercard are accepted; however, 3% processing fee applies
to all discounted rates. Guests using credit card must charge
the entire amount due at time of booking. Authorization form
required. Call for more information.

| SECURITY
DEPOSITS: |

Fully-Refundable
and required. Amounts vary by individual properties, and number
of people staying at the house. |

| CHECK-IN/OUT
TIMES: |
|
Check
in time is 3:00 p.m. Early check in times are allowed with prior
approval and only when the property has been cleaned and ready
for occupancy. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. Exceptions require
prior approval. |

| PHONES:
|
|
You
can make as many local calls as you wish. All calls placed on
the Big Island are considered local calls. Phones do not permit
long distance calls, so you must use your phone calling card.
All phones will accept incoming calls, and are equipped with answering
machines. |

| SMOKING:
|
|
All
vacation rentals are non-smoking homes. Smoking is not permitted
inside. Outside smoking is permitted but please do not litter. |

| WHAT
WE SUPPLY: |
|
Confirmed
guests will receive a detailed list of property amenities prior
to arrival. Generally, we supply all towels, highest quality linens,
pillows, blankets, a fully equipped kitchen, TV's, VCR's, video
and game libraries, stereo with CD player, barbecue, outdoor furniture
and limited paper products. |
